In late June, Jay Z's music streaming service, TIDAL, lost it's second CEO in six months
- Peter Tonstad had taken the interim CEO position just three months
before he resigned. Now we've learned two more people from the company
have taken flight, and one was reportedly there for only eight weeks.
SVP Label and Artist Relations' head, Zena Burns, left about a week
ago after working for TIDAL for two months, according to Hits Daily
Double. Roc Nation's Chief Marketing Officer Jeff Geisler soon followed,
and is supposedly leaving to go to Saatchi & Saatchi, a company
that's giving him a similar role.
Jay Z relaunched TIDAL on March 30, 2015 with a bevy of high-profile celebrities. A few weeks later former Tidal CEO, Andy Chen, and 25 others were fired from the company in order "to address departments that need support and cut redundancies."
