Maino Recalls Diddy Stepping to Him For Dissing Bad Boy Records

Maino knows all too well about rappers not favoring one another, as he began his career dissing other artists. At one point he called out Bad Boy Records and said it was dead, and as if on cue, Diddy quickly stepped to him about it personally. "It was the OG talking to a young, reckless kid who really didn't know what he was doing at the time," Maino recalls. "Now I'm in a space where, I look back on those things and I say 'Man, I really didn't have to do that.' But it is what it is because that was the path that I was on."

When asked about Meek Mill going up against fellow Philly artist, Ar-Ab, Bed-Stuy spitter Maino simply calls it "interesting." "I know Philly for being a very passionate, hip-hop town...It's a history of crews going at each other," he says. Though he respects Meek Mill's music, when it comes to him and Drake he says the Canadian singer/rapper won due to his clever responses. "If you look at what he's done it was well-strategized," Maino admits. "He put his best foot forward for right now - we don't know what's go[ing] to happen tomorrow."

Watch on as he details how his track "Rumors" helped jump-start his career and more in this telling exclusive clip.

Karrine Steffans: Drake Ghostwrites for Lil Wayne

FBI Opts Out of Investigating the Shooting of Christian Taylor

Visuals won't always win over in investigations. It looks like the surveillance footage from the shooting of unarmed college athlete Christian Taylor won't be taken in by the FBI for further reviewing.
After the video footage was released displaying Taylor crashing his vehicle into a dealership, jumping on a vehicle, and roaming the car lot before he was shot, it was reported via the Grio that the FBI would not be doing any further investigating after police asked them to take part in the examination.
FBI Dallas Spokeswoman Allison Mahan said the Bureau "has full confidence in the ability" of the Arlington Police & prosecutors in investigating the death of Christian Taylor.
Family members of Taylor have made statements saying how the situation was just as shocking as it was to everyone else that he partook in those activities.
"His relationship with God had escalated to the point where he'd talk about it so much, you'd think he was a preacher," said Taylor's father.
"It's kind of hard to I guess justify or clarify but at the end of the day I know my brother. I know he wouldn't attack any officer or anybody in authority at all, or attack anybody for that matter," said Joshua Taylor, brother of Christian.
Taylor's mother said that the police have yet to state what happened directly proceeding the shooting of her son.

Family Doctor Given $1 Mil Bail For Drugging & Raping Patients

A Las Vegas family practitioner had his bail increased to $1 million after nearly a dozen women accused him of drugging and raping them during his practice.
Dr. Binh "Ben" Minh Chung's wife found videos of her husband raping several unresponsive women and alerted authorities. She's since filed for divorce, and Ben was charged with production and possession of child pornography. His license was suspended indefinitely, but unfortunately, this isn't the first time he was accused of having sex with his patients.
Back in 2006, a 15-year-old girl who came to him for her pink eye claims she was fondled by Chung while she was sedated. After performing 100 hours of community service and taking "impulse control" classes, the case was dismissed and he was allowed to continue his practice.
Since then, a mother and her daughter have accused him of sexual assault as well. The teen girl went to Chung for acne treatment, and once she woke up after he drugged and had sex with her, Chung reportedly told the girl she had a "bad reaction to the acne treatment."
11 victims came forward in a Las Vegas court Wednesday, causing his bail to double from the original $550,000. Stay tuned for more on this story.

Known Racist Blogger Calls Family the N-Word On Chicago Beach

It's rare to be surprised by the words that come out of people's mouths these days. A perfect example of this is in the video above, where sports blogger Angelle Marie "Puff" Massion is caught firing the n-word at a Black family of three.
According to Raquel Bolton, her kids - ages four and eight - accidentally splashed water on Massion on Oak Street Beach before she got up in a rage and repeatedly called them n******. "I asked her to stop yelling at the kids and said I'll call the police. She walked in my face twice yes I could've reacted but I didn't. Yes I thought this lady was going to spit or put hands on me first because that's how angry she was ... here's her response," Bolton wrote after posting the video to Facebook. Massion can be heard shouting the n-word at the very beginning of the clip, followed by "of course you haven't graduated and you don't know the Constitution of the United States and what it says," given she feels she has the right to say it because of free speech.
This isn't the Chicago writer's first offense. Back in 2006, the habitual racist attacked students and police officers at the Norris University Center. Massion was arrested following her racial slurs and physical attacks.

Two More Executives Leave Jay Z's Music Streaming Company TIDAL

In late June, Jay Z's music streaming service, TIDAL, lost it's second CEO in six months - Peter Tonstad had taken the interim CEO position just three months before he resigned. Now we've learned two more people from the company have taken flight, and one was reportedly there for only eight weeks.
SVP Label and Artist Relations' head, Zena Burns, left about a week ago after working for TIDAL for two months, according to Hits Daily Double. Roc Nation's Chief Marketing Officer Jeff Geisler soon followed, and is supposedly leaving to go to Saatchi & Saatchi, a company that's giving him a similar role.
Jay Z relaunched TIDAL on March 30, 2015 with a bevy of high-profile celebrities. A few weeks later former Tidal CEO, Andy Chen, and 25 others were fired from the company in order "to address departments that need support and cut redundancies."

Game's co-star on his "She Got Game" reality show is suing him for $10 million, as she claims the rapper sexually assaulted her during the taping of the show.
According to TMZ, Priscilla Rainey claims Game sexually assaulted her while they were filming scenes for the reality show at a sports bar. Rainey claims in the court documents that the West Coast emcee was drinking and on drugs during the taping, and she added that he "forcefully [reached] his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks."
Game has yet to respond to the allegations, but Instagram accounts belonging to his assistant and rumored new girlfriend Briona Mae sounded off on the situation. You can check out their reactions above, courtesy of Fameolous.
